A 3 lovibond pale malted rye for making rye beer and rye whiskey. Rye yields a pale gold color and delicate flavor with a hint of spice. Up to 20% rye malt is used in a mash when making rye beer, or in a rye whiskey mash. Produced by Gambrinus Malting of Canada.
