Seltzer water or carbonated water at home is simple - just pressurize water, chill it to 38° F or so, and apply C02 pressure. Home sparkling water machines have become more affordable for home soda water dispenser. Water carbonators use C02 under pressure absorbed by the cold water, and the water will end up carbonated. All you need is a pressure vessel, refrigerator, and a C02 regulator to apply the 30PSI or so of pressure needed to carbonate. We offer a range of systems, from a simple refill adapter for Sodastream® C02 bottles, to a basic kegging system and finally to a self contained Benchy carbonation unit. It's like having a soda machine at home.
