Malteurop Munich is a highly kilned malt, produced using spring barley from Montana and or Idaho. Clean but intense malt flavor and aroma, and deep gold to amber orange hues in the final beer. Use up to 50% in the mash. 8 to 12 degrees Lovibond. This is type 1 Munich from Weyermann.
If you do not have a grain mill, we suggest you order fine milling if you use a Brew in Bag System or a traditional 3 tier mashing system. If you use a Mash & Boil, Grainfather, or Brewzilla type system, order the coarse milling for best results in the malt basket.
