All equipment is guaranteed for one year against defects, and ingredients are guaranteed fresh for 6 months. We feature a 60 money back policy on all equipment we sell. If you are dissatisfied with any purchase, return it to us with your receipt (on the back of your packing list) via insured parcel carrier within 60 days of purchase for a refund (you are responsible for return shipping charges or return truck shipping charges if applicable).
Note that perishable food items - malt, malt extract, hops, yeast, wine concentrate, and wine kits, are not returnable.
