Returns

All equipment we sell is eligible for return within 60 days of purchase date. A return form is enclosed in every order (the back of your receipt) which includes our return policy and terms.  If you have misplaced your receipt, you may download our return form by clicking HERE.  Original packaging is required - all returns must be in original packaging to be eligible for refund.

Perishable food items - malt, hops, yeast, sugar, wine kits, and wine concentrates, are not returnable.
