Benchy Sparkling is the answer for instant chilled and carbonated water water on demand. Simply connect tap water and a CO2 Cylinder with Regulator to the unit and dispense unlimited sparkling and chilled water .
Using the regulator, you are able to adjust and really dial in carbonation levels to your specific taste preferences which you are unable to do on other similar systems on the market.
Basic Setup Is As Follows*
Plug into the wall
Fill internal water tank
Connect house water supply
Connect CO2 Cylinder and Regulator (not included)
Attach beer faucets (not included)
Pour chilled sparking water in one hour or less.
*Ensure that the unit is installed and operated according to the instruction manual which can be found by clicking here.
Fully Adjustable - The Benchy Sparkling has integrated (centigrade only) digital temp controller so you can control the temperature from 1° C and up to 10° C (from 33° to 50° F.) You can also vary the carbonation level from 0.5 volumes to over 5 volumes for super bubbly water.
Cooling Performance - The Benchy Sparkling is able to chill about 5 gallons of sparkling water per hour (based on ambient water and air temperature of 68° F). To further increase the capacity of this unit you can pre-chill the house water supply either by a holding tank (Keg) in the fridge or a G40 Chiller. If you pre-chill the tap water supply you can double the output of the Benchy Sparkling.

Q: Do you have the newer benchy sparkling zero version? do you have the Australian model number: KL38133 but with USA voltage?
A: No we do not. If KegLand comes out with a 110 volt version, we might have this in late Spring 2026.

Q: I am on well water but want 60 psi seltzer. Does the Benchy make 60 psi seltzer? And, are there any inline water booster pumps to get the water 15 psi above the 60 psi CO2? I don't need a whole house booster, just the line feeding the Benchy.
A: If your well water is 30 to 60 PSI without a booster, the Benchy should work fine without a booster pump. Generally, you set the pressure at 35 to 45 PSI to make seltzer, so we think 60 PSI is a bit unrealistic with the Benchy. Make sure you have a one way check valve on your water input to prevent the pressure from blowing back into your water supply (see our item R85).

Q: Does it comes with the 2 taps ---and --- the option of adding other taps. Any taps that are more elegant that you can recommend?
A: No, it does not come with the taps or shanks. See our item Z20 for the shank and E49 for the faucet.

Q: Just bought this unit. There are no instructions on how to work the electronics. There’s a power button, up and down buttons, and an “S” button. When I push and hold “S” then click up and down it cycles through “F1”, “F2” … “F4”. What does “F” mean?? Thanks for any help you can provide.
A: The controller has its own manual. Check this out for codes. https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0667/3019/7248/files/stc1000_instructions.pdf

Love it once I added a demand pump
After a few months of use, I’m very pleased. One note: At first, I wasn’t happy with the level of carbonation. I purchased this to replace an old unit that had an internal 60psi demand pump, which allowed us to set the CO2 to 45psi, which gives a very sparkly glass of water. This unit doesn’t have a pump, and given our house’s water pressure, we had to keep the CO2 set too low for our liking. I purchased a demand pump (about $120) between the water supply and the Benchy and it’s exactly what we want. Also, I was very happy with the support Williams gave me as a worker through getting the carbonation to where we wanted. Bottom line, if you like a lot of sparkle, add a pump.
Just what I needed
I looked everywhere for a plug and play unit that I could get unlimited sparkling water out of. Setup was straightforward and we’ve been enjoying cold sparkling and tap water for months now. It’s worth the $ for the reliability and simplicity compared to hacking one together on your own if you ask me!
