Used as a base for wheat beers, this malt has a characteristic bread dough wheat malt flavor. Improves head retention and mouth feel. Use a base malt in German Weizen or Belgian Wit styles. Malted by Malteurop from white wheat grown in Montana and Idaho. Lovibond varies from 2.5 to 3.4 degrees.
If you do not have a grain mill, we suggest you order fine milling if you use a Brew in Bag System or a traditional 3 tier mashing system. If you use a Mash & Boil, Grainfather, or Brewzilla type system, order the coarse milling for best results in the malt basket.

Great Malt
I recently brewed a "beer with no home". It was mostly floor malted Pilsner malt, with 10% Blonde Roastoat, and 10% of this wheat malt. It used BE-134 yeast (I underpitched it, but made a starter), so you could call it Belgian Farmhouse. I added the wheat, because BE-134 is so favorable to wheat.
