This light Munich Malt from Malteurop is grown in Montana and or Idaho, and has a clean but rich malt flavor with slight bready and nutty tones, and adds a golden yellow to light amber hue to beer. Lightly kilned, use up to 100% in the mash. Lovibond ranges from 3.5 to 6.5 degrees.
If you do not have a grain mill, we suggest you order fine milling if you use a Brew in Bag System or a traditional 3 tier mashing system. If you use a Mash & Boil, Grainfather, or Brewzilla type system, order the coarse milling for best results in the malt basket.
