A versatile two row malt from Malteurop. Kilned to a slightly darker color than Two-Row Pale Malt. Imparts a subtle biscut or cracker flavor. The enzyme content is sufficient to support up to 100% adjuncts or specialty malts. Malted by Malteurop from barley grown in Montana and or Idaho. Color is 2.6 to 3.8 degrees Lovibond.

If you do not have a grain mill, we suggest you order fine milling if you use a Brew in Bag System or a traditional 3 tier mashing system. If you use a Mash & Boil, Grainfather, or Brewzilla type system, order the coarse milling for best results in the malt basket.
