Malteurop 2-Row is their flagship base malt, grown in Montana and Idaho. Ideal for American ales and lagers. A popular base malt, providing sweet, malty aromas and a straw to light gold hue in beer. This malt has enough enzymes to handle up to 40% adjuncts in the mash. Lovibond 2.0° to 2.3°.

If you do not have a grain mill, we suggest you order fine milling if you use a Brew in Bag System or a traditional 3 tier mashing system. If you use a Mash & Boil, Grainfather, or Brewzilla type system, order the coarse milling for best results in the malt basket.
