Malted by Weyermann, Isaria is the oldest German malted barley variety, officially approved for beer production in 1924. Used to brew traditional, unfiltered and flavorful German lagers.
Typically used in: Pale Lager, Zoigl. Franconian Landbier, Kellerbier, Marzen, Festbier, and even dark lagers.
