From the Sierra Madre Mountains, our mountain grown Mexican Chiapas is grown at altitudes of 3900 to 5900 feet, in volcanic soil with high rainfall. This lush landscape produces a coffee with medium body, apple like acidity, and a smooth character. Tasters have noted chocolate, nuts, peach, apricot and red grape in the flavor profile.
