An extract made with 62% imported pilsner malt and 38% imported white wheat malt. This malt extract, based on the malt base of the wheat beers of Bavaria, is ideal for brewing authentic German wheat or Belgian wit styles. Preboiled 15 minutes before vacuum extraction, so you only need to do a 30 minute boil if you desire. 32 lb. growler.
We recommend all malt extracts be stored in a cool place, and refrigerated if you plan to store them for more than 90 days.

Weizenmalt review
I have brewed 2 beers from this extract and have not been disappointed with the results. The product is very good quality and the price, for the 32lb bulk, can not be beat. Pick some up today and embark on your road to delicious hefeweizen. Cheers!
