Our William's Belgian Pale Extract is mashed with 90% two row pilsner and 10% imported white wheat malt. making it an ideal base for many Belgian styles, including Triple, Brown, Red, Flanders, Strong, and more. The most authentic base extract you can use for many Belgian styles without mashing. Preboiled 15 minutes before vacuum extraction, so you only need to do a 30 minute boil if you desire. 32 pound growler.
We recommend all malt extracts be stored in a cool place, and refrigerated if you plan to store them for more than 60 days.

LME
I've used William's LME in the past with great results but never the Belgian Pale. Love the 32# jug too! Used in a West Coast IPA that turned out great.
Best Extract!
This is some of the best tasting extract on the market. It has become my base for several types of beers. I've made all the Belgium styles plus IPA, British Pale Ale, and many hybrids with this superb extract. This is great for partial mash too!
New Base Malt
Just completed using the last of the 32 lb pack. The extract was the freshest I've ever used. Each brew turned out absolutely perfect,fresh,clear and crisp. This has become my base extract.
