Looking for an affordable entry into home coffee roasting? Check out the second generation Popper Coffee Roaster from Agnes LLC. It is based on an air popcorn popper, and roasts 3 to 3½ ounces of green coffee in seven minutes or less, then cools for three minutes. Unlike a popcorn popper, you can adjust heat, fan speed and the roast time manually. This second generation model features 7 heat stages, as well as an improved fan motor and heating control.
It is ideal for light to medium roasts, but will not roast oily black (French Roast) style (If you want the oily black dark roast, look at a Fresh Roast machine).
Includes a limited 60 day warranty against manufacturer defects. Using the Popper for dark roasting is not covered by our warranty.
This roaster has a bit of a DIY element, check out this YouTube video on disassembly and reassembly. We recommend you buy this if you are comfortable with the idea of taking an appliance apart on occasion.
