Fermentis AB-15 is a flexible dry cider yeast, highly flocculant for good clearing. Temperature range is 50 to 86 degrees F, although an idea temperature range might be more like 60 to 72 degrees F. This yeast is recommended for balanced ciders, not sweet or too dry. Formerly named 'SafCider'
