This light crystal type malt produces a deep saturated red color when used in the mash, and is ideal for Scottish Ales, Bock, Red Ale, Brown Ale, and more. Use up to 25% in the mash to impart a deep red color and slightly caramelized flavor. This malt should be mashed. From Weyermann Malting.

good grain
The color came out as advertised. Great appearance and smell. Can't wait to try some of the other grades.
