Gambrinus Malting of Canada set out to make a malt specifically for British beer styles, and we think they have done pretty well. Well modified, and easy to mash at 148° to 156° F. Robust bread, cereal, caramel, grain, honey and nutty flavors. A perfect base for English Bitter, Scottish Ales, Old Ale, and Strong Ale styles. Use up 100% in the mash. 10 pound bag.
