Belgian Pale is mashed from 90% Belgian Pilsner Malt and 10% Belgian White Wheat malt, and makes an excellent base for many Belgian styles. Preboiled 15 minutes before vacuum extraction, so you only need to do a 30 minute boil if you desire.

Q: How many pounds is this?
A: You can choose between 4 and 6 pound pouches

A good base for a Belgian quad
Took 8 lbs of this for the base and added 2.5 lbs of pale ale ME. Included local Chinook hops flowers and was looking to darken with a high lovibond Belgian candy sugar but none was available. Turned to using medjool pitted dates during the boil to increase sweetness, darken color and make the beer a bit more 'chewy.' Used the Wyeast Abbey Ale II yeast as it tends to hold up well with higher gravity beers and allows the trademark fruity nose to punctuate the beer style.
Belgian Ales
My go-to malt extract for my Belgian Ales, excellent product thst i've used for many years.
