Do you want to get everything you need to start distilling at a savings? This package features the 8 gallon capacity Gen 2 Digiboil, as well as the pure copper Kegland Pot Still Condenser with quick disconnect hose fittings, a quick disconnect cooling hose kit, as well as the KegLand Distilling Parrot with Alcometer for monitoring your run. Get it all in this package and save $42.00 over separate purchase prices.

The Digiboil boiler features precise digital temperature control, so you can set your target boiling temperature to whatever you prefer, which helps prevent a too rapid rise in temperature and the resultant off flavors in the distillate. For example, set it to 200° F at the start of your run, and later on when you are near the end, raise it to 210° F. This keeps the boil rising gradually (remember, alcohol starts boiling at 173° F) and contributes to a smoother spirit and higher yield.

To monitor your run, the solid stainless KegLand Distilling Parrot is included with an Alcometer Hydrometer that floats as the run progresses, giving you a real time alcohol strength reading from start to finish. This is vital as you need to know when to stop your run, typically when the distillate drops to 35% to 40% alcohol.

You will need to run cold water through the condensing column while your 45 minute to one hour run is in progress. Our Cooling Connection kit with 20' of hose and quick disconnect hose fittings is included for this, and has a female garden hose thread inlet so you can get cooling water from any garden hose style faucet.

Note: This combination is a still unit only for distilling fermented washes, and does not have a mashing basket for wort production. Check out our Mash & Boil Distlling Packages which include a Mashing Basket if you want mashing capability.

Great Customer Support

Review by Dan B on 5/2/2025

Ordered this from the East Coast; shipped quickly. The shipping company treated the package poorly, so there was a big dent in the side. Williamsbrewing went out of there way to replace it. Great Customer support experience. The pot still itself works great. I am very happy with my purchase, and with Williamsbrewing customer support.

Retracting previous review

Review by Mike on 2/20/2025

I want to retract my previous review on the Digiboil. What I was doing that made me dislike it was all my fault. After Williams Brewing saw my writhe y contacted me and advised me on what I may have been doing wrong. He was right. I just made another run and it worked great doing it the way that he suggested. This run was fast and very clean. Thank you Williams Brewing for being such a great company to work with. I is great to finally have a company that cares about the customers that they reach out to help. Very much appreciated. I would highly recommend doing business with this company anytime you need any brewing equipment.

Good Product

Review by Schierstein on 4/12/2020

Willams Brewing did an excellent job getting the items packaged and shipped. Ordered Sunday and was at my door Friday before noon. The drinking jar had a musty smell that took a vinegar soak to remove. As for the Digiboil it's a tad flimsy, has a few minor manufacturing marks, the valve is okay. The pot still head is well made with nice solder joints. The thermometer is good, it has an auto shut off so you have to turn it on every 10-15 min. A suggestion would be to include the needed quick connects, or make it add on option. Over all it is a good product especially for the price. I will defiantly be doing business with Willams Brewing in the future. Digiboil Pot Still Package gets 4 stars, Willams Brewing gets 5 stars.

Digiboil pot still

Review by Michael on 7/31/2019

This pot still sets up and operates easily. This was my first time distilling and once I understood the procedure this pot still worked perfectly. The two switches with the 500 & 1000 watts are perfect for adjusting the temperature.

Q: I use this pot still to make brandy from wine. Is it necessary to do 2 runs? I did 1 run and got about 66% which tasted good after sitting on oak chips for about a month. I don't want to strip too much flavor.

A: Two runs will give you a smoother spirit with a bit less flavor. You may prefer the slightly rougher flavor of a single run, as a single run spirit has a sharper edged flavor.

Q: It may seem stupid but can you use this to make your mash or is a separate mode required. I was lead to believe that this could do the mash but the pdf made me think maybe not

A: No, this cannot be used for mashing as it does not have an inner basket like the Mash & Boil or Brewzilla.

Q: Do you make adapter to extend this column?

A: You could make one with our part numbers Z56, Z59, Z57, and Z58. Note you will need two Z57 and two Z58 seals and clamps to complete this, and one Z56 and one Z59.

A: 110 volts

Q: Can I buy the distilling package separately? I already have a digiboil

A: Yes you can. From our website search for item B78. Then select the Grainfather/Brewzilla pot still package for $164.99.
