In stock, will ship on Thursday, December 11

The Hurricane Stove will bring 5 gallons of wort to a boil in under 20 minutes. It has a massive 10” low pressure burner, for even heat distribution and quiet operation (no jet like noise like high pressure burners). Unlike high pressure stoves, this one will allow both fine simmer flame control, and produce a full 60,000 BTU’s for quick boiling. Includes a natural gas orifice valve with a 3/8" male flare outlet, which you need to hook up to your house natural gas source via a 3/8" natural gas hookup hose (available at plumbing supply stores).

You may also need a 3/8" male flare to 1/2" Female NPT adapter for your house gas pipe outlet to adapt it to the 3/8" gas hook up hose you purchase at a local plumbing supply (see at right).

13" tall, 15” burner grate inner diameter (15.25" burner grate outer diameter).

Great NG Burner

Review by Jose on 12/20/2024

My house has natural gas supply including lines and taps at an outdoor kitchen. It's so easy to find stand burners fueled by LP, but NG is the opposite. This burner is a great value, shipped quickly, and is exactly what i needed. Deep fried turkeys, seafood boils, and beer brewing are all super easy now and not dependent on having fuel in a tank.

Fantastic

I didn't want the hassle of LP Tanks. I chose this burner. Great choice!

Great Nat Gas Burner

Review by Chris on 3/15/2019

Very convenient - the natural gas option avoids hassle with propane bottles. Connected to my household natural gas line with a quick connect fitting and hose (from hardware store) - same connection as BBQ grill. Performance: brought 6 gal of water from room temperature to full rolling boil in slightly less than 30 min.

Q: Do you sell or recommend a wind screen compatible with this?

A: Sorry, we do not have a windscreen for this stove, although it comes with a surround for the burner that will shield it from some wind.
