A toasted Belgian pale malt, which imparts a warm bread or biscuit character to ales. Ideal for Belgian ales. Adds a light copper to brown color. Use 10 to 20% biscuit malt in a mash (this grain should be mashed, not steeped). Malted by Castle Malting.

Great for Belgian Beers
I brew a lot of Belgian beer, and the Biscuit is a must have (.25lb per batch). It adds a nice toasty flavor. As with all Wiliam's products I have experienced so far, this hasn't let me down.
