A yeast designed for Belgian White styles. Aromatic, low attenuation. 11 gram pack for 5 gallons. Our intial test of a honey wheat style with a starting gravity of 1.054 has a gravity reading of 1.017 after 14 days, so the manufacturers claim of low attenuation appears to be correct.
