Used as a base malt for wheat beers or in combination with pilsner base malt to provide a richer flavor. Easy to mash at 148 to 156 degrees. F. 3° lovibond. Malted by Great Western Malting of Vancouver, Washington.
If you do not have a grain mill, we suggest you order fine milling if you use a Brew in Bag System or a traditional 3 tier mashing system. If you use a Mash & Boil, Grainfather, or Brewzilla type system, order the coarse milling for best results in the malt basket.

Q: Is this unmalted, i.e. "raw wheat"?
