This is German two row Munich malt from Weyermann. Great for all German and Belgian pils styles. Mash with 50% pale malt for a malty pilsner style. Lovibond: 8-10. This malt will work with either an infusion (one temperature) or decoction (multiple temperature) mash. Available in whole form only. This is type 1 Munich from Weyermann.
