The KegLand Saber LED Refractometer is the first refractometer calibrated specifically for grain brewers, and has a more accurate brewing optimized Specific Gravity scale than general purpose 0-32 Brix Refractometers designed for winemaking.
It is rechargeable, so you don't need to worry about battery replacement, or reading the unit in dim light. Its ultra bright and clear LED display is perfect for evening readings in the vineyard, or in dimly lit brewing areas. Water resistant so it can stand a little rain and splashes.
Includes case and USB charging cable. 0-32 Brix Scale, with a Specific Gravity scale of 1.000 to 1.130. Note that refractometers measure sugar content, and will not be accurate a low final gravities when alcohol is also present in solution. Therefore, all refractometers should be considered instruments for measuring starting gravity, and not finishing gravity.
