In stock, will ship on Thursday, December 11

Compact ball lock spunding valve features a 0-30 PSI gauge and now features an adjustable manual pressure pull ring relief valve (adjusts from 0-15 PSI).  The adjustable manual pressure release can be removed, and a corny keg pressure relief valve installed in its place. The gauge features a standard DuoTight 8mm stem, and can be replaced with our DuoTight gauges, like our items C18 and E69 if desired.

Lots of ways to use this and upgrade it. If you want more accuracy than the manual adjustable spring loaded relief valve, you can upgrade with our item C16 DuoTight Blowtie valve, which has a rubber diaphragm valve which will always be more accurate at low pressures than the included spring loaded adjustable relief valve. If you do this, you will also need DuoTight Joiner, item number C70.

You can also replace the manual adjustable relief valve with preset keg relief valves like our item G65 (17 PSI) or B54 (0-30 PSI).

Warning: Never use on glass containers or with containers not rated to hold the pressure your relief valve is set for.

I swapped out the gauge for a digital gauge and it seems very accurate.

1/2 accurate

Bought 2 and both read 10 psi, but my regulator says 20 psi.

Q: For pressure fermenting, at the end of the ferment, I plan on moving the valve to the serving keg and set to 1-2PSI for transfer from ferment keg to serving keg. is it accurate enough for that transfer? so I don't need to upgrade? thanks!

A: No, we do not believe it will be accurate at a range of 1 to 2 PSI. It is designed to work in the 10 to 15 PSI range.

Q: Is there an adjustable pressure release available for 0-30 PSI?

A: No, this one does 0-15 but not much beyond that.
