The Gen 3.2 FermZilla Tri Conical features a 3” Tri-Clamp fitting to attach the dump valve, and a 3” Tri-Clamp fitting to attach the improved 3.2 yeast collection vessel. This makes it easy to disassemble the fermenter for cleaning, and to remove and reattach the yeast collection vessel.
The FermZilla can be used in many ways -use it as a basic gravity fermenter with the ability to dump and harvest yeast, or as a pressure fermenter and or keg with optional Spunding Valve part C71 and Pressure Kit part C77, as a chilled fermenter with an optional Temp Twister and Cooling Kit, and even as a Hop Bong Pressure Kit, with the ability to add dry hops without adding oxygen.
Includes a lid with 35 PSI PRV valve, stainless stand, airlock, 600 ml collection container with 3" Tri Clamp lid, and Tri Clamp fittings to assemble and use the fermenter. Overall height with airlock is 34", with a width of 14".

Q: I am having issues with the threads on the conical dump valve assembly on my current fermzilla. Do the tri clamps resolve that issue?
A: The new 3.2 Tri Conical has no threads, so this issue is eliminated.

The Fermzilla Gen 3.2 27L is definitely an upgrade over the earlier model. The locking clamps for the yeast vessel and the butterfly valve certainly make for worry, free liquid tight junctions. At 27L it is perfect for the home fermenter/brewer to kick up their production without breaking the bank. The price at Williams Brewing is the best around and even included free shipping! I love that instead of using a bucket to do 6 to 7 gallons at a time, this set up, allows me to watch all the action as the yeast get happier and happier. Also not having to rack to get it off of the lees/trub and just closing the butterfly valve and disposing of the contents makes it much easier. I’m using mine for mead, and so far have been very happy and satisfied with this model.
