or cognac? We have the perfect package that includes everything
you need except a Brewzilla, Digiboil, or Grainfather and ingredients to
get into distilling your own whiskey, bourbon, cognac, rum. This is a
Pot Still package, which means the simple pure copper condenser
included does not strip all the flavor out of the mash, required for
true bourbon, whiskey, cognac, and rum. This is not the best setup for
Vodka, Gin, or other clear spirits, as it leaves too much flavor in the
final product.• All you need is a 35 liter Robobrew, Brewzilla, Digiboil, T500 Compatible Boiler, or 30 Liter Grainfather and ingredients (does not fit 65 liter models).

Q: This may be a silly question, but what is the difference between this item and the copper dome version (R10)? Is it just the additional cost of the copper? Is there any real benefit to the dome over this more basic fermentation lid? Thanks!
A: Just the copper dome, which is beneficial in distilling, as copper removes sulfildes that can affect the finished flavor of the spirit.

Q: It says fits the digiboil, does that mean it will fit the 35L digimash as well? Haven't bought that system yet but planning on it and would like a lot still attachment.
A: It fits the 35 Liter Digiboil, which is included in the Digimash package.

Q: Will this work with the Anvil Foundry? It says yes in one spot but doesn't mention it in the rest.
A: If the Anvil Foundry is 100% Turbo 500 compatible, it will work.
Superb Pot Still Lid for Brewzillas
I bought this still head largely for rum production, and while I've only run it once, it made producing a very tasty unaged rum super easy. I experience no leaks, consistent distillate flow, and the head temp was extremely consistent during distillation, roughly a degree above wash temp the whole time, which made making cuts very easy. ~This is the kit for you if you have a brewzilla and want to produce pot distilled spirits~
Fun
The complete package. Easy to put together. The hardest part was getting the tub on the outlet for the distillates. For anyone who is looking to adapt to another still head that you already own you need a 1.5 inch stainless close nipple and two stainless nuts to sandwich the lid and the silicone washer between.
