D M E
The last time I used D M E in extract brewing was back in 1976 which was also the beginning of much better brews coming out of my 5 gallon home brewing setup. I found this product very much as it was then, fresh,well sealed,and giving more body and flavor to the beer than just liquid extract alone
Great Addition
Started using this to add some additional character to my regular Pale Ale recipe. The package is well sealed so no moisture gets in.
Amber dry malt
Good all around malt to add a little kick to liquid extracts. Used it as an addition to liquid extract for an I.P.A, Pale Ale, Amber Ale and a Summer Ale.
