A Flanged gasket is different to a standard Gasket as one half of the gasket will sit over the edge of the Tri Clamp ferrule holding it place more easily so it does not slip when installing. If you have ever struggled to keep a Tri Clamp gasket in place while installing a Tri Clamp, this is the gasket for you.
This silicone gasket has a much wider temperature range than EPDM, and are recommended for use on the hot side of your brewing setup. They are less resistant to abrasion and caustic chemicals than EPDM gaskets.
This 4" Flanged Tri-Clamp gasket fits 4" Tri-Clamp fittings.
