Mocha Liquid Oak Tannin brings out the character of a heavy toast barrel, slightly smoky with chocolate coffee undertones. This liquid oak tannin from Toasted Oak Inc. contains only water and tannin from 3 year old seasoned French oak.
Usage: Start with .5 oz per 5 gallons of red wine, less with white wines. Mix directly into the finished wine 2 weeks before bottling. Keep this bottle refrigerated after opening.
