Add reflux distilling capability to your Mash & Boil or Anvil Foundry. This pure copper AlcoEngine Reflux Condenser from Kegland produces extremely clean, pure alcohol. This allows you to collect up to 93% of the possible alcohol from the wash. This comes out at 93% alcohol purity which beats pot stills. Now with quick disconnect garden hose fittings for the cooling water, to make your still easier to set up and take down. Fits both the Mash & Boil and the Mash & Boil with Pump.
Included is a quick disconnect Cooling Connection Kit with 20' of tubing to hook your cooling tap water to a standard male garden hose thread faucet. To measure the proof your distillate, a glass hydrometer jar and Alcometer are also provided.
High quality alcohol made with this reflex column can be used to make high quality, commercial grade, clear spirits such as Gin, White Rum and Vodka as well as any of the other spirits and liqueurs in the Still Spirits Essences range. This is the condenser to get when you intend on making clean distilled spirits to steep with flavorings or fruit, or to make Vodka and Gin type spirits. Includes two orifices, a wider one for stripping runs, and a narrower one for extremely pure alcohol production. A digital thermometer is also included for keeping track of when the spirits will run, and when to stop the run.
Also needed are a Mash & Boil or Anvil Foundry.
Note: If you have a Series 1 Mash & Boil, you will also need to order the Series 2 Lid which is distilling compatible (our item B30). For Series 2 Mash & Boils and all Anvil Foundry units, the distilling lid is not needed.

Q: I have the original Mash and Boil. If i get the new lid, can I use this? (My Mash and Boil can’t pin the lid on)
A: If your Mash & Boil does not have lid clips, this will not work properly, unless you can find a way to weigh down the lid to such an extent that it will not leak steam.
