Perfect
A must have item for NEIPA. Keep around 4% of the grain bill and make sure to stir during the mash to spread out and distribute so your mash won’t get stuck.
Great Product
I used the flaked oats in a Blonde with Pilsner malt and a bit of honey malt. As promised the flaked oats gave the heavy mouth feel and creaminess I was looking for.
