Q: Are the seals on these strong enough to maintain carbonation levels? I often use priming sugar for in-bottle carbonation, but also fill bottles from a keg that has been force-carbonated using a C02 tank. Thanks. Dan
A: Yes, although plastic bottles will seep carbonation over several months, and should not be used for long term storage of carbonated beverages.

Q: Is the swing top seal plastic or ceramic? (the white part of the top)
A: Plastic, to comply with national recycling rules (ceramic tops do damage to equipment in the recycling process).
Good bottles, tight caps
Bottles arrived in a timely fashion, none were broken. They seal well. Only issue I have is that the caps are tight, so much so that those with less finger strength in my household can't open or close them without pain. Likely I will buy these again, I'm happy with them on the whole.
