One bottle will flavor 5 gallons of beer, or up to 7.5 gallons of mead. Raspberry is perhaps the most versatile flavor, and works well in everything from wheat beer to stout.

the perfect combo
I have found a combo of 1/2 to 3/4 bottle and 1-2 Lbs of fruit makes an excllent Raspberry beer (or cider)...it gives fruit alone just enough boost
good, not great
Pros: adds a nice raspberry note to a beer - I tried to make a raspberry nut brown (a la New Belgium's Frambozen) and it has a definite raspberry bouquet, and to a lesser degree, subtle flavor.
Cons: is somewhat artificial-tasting; not dramatic, but noticeable to me. also, more of an aroma than actual taste.
Raspberry
Pros: I've made a Raspberry wheat twice with this product. Each time the beer matures and the flavor of the extract becomes understated. Friends like this beer a lot but never guess it has raspberry.
Cons: Nice product, but would using frozen raspberry be better?
Excellent for Raspberry Wheat
Pros: Very nice Raspberry bouquet and flavor. I made a Raspberry wheat with this and it is excellent. Would recommend to anyone.
