This reduces harshness in finished wine by sweetening. It is a combination sugar and sorbate solution to add to fermented wine to add residual sweetness, the sorbate preventing refermentation. Also useful to turn a dry wine into a sweet wine.
Add to taste in wine that is completely done fermenting, usually up to 4 ounces per 5 gallons of wine.
Ingredients: liquid invert sugar and potassium sorbate. The solution is 76-78 brix. Made in Canada.

Q: I have a 5 gallon carboy full of juice, the next step after I rack will be to bottle. How much wine conditioner should I use, it states on the packaging 1 1/2 tsp, is that per gallon or a 5 gallon carboy?
A: Use 1.5 teaspoon per quart

Eliminate the dryness
Not only for wine I also use it to backsweeten ciders and hard seltzers. Great product!
