Great way to get quick, smoky results
First time purchasing these as I wanted to add smoke nose and character to my infused liquors. I make a half gallon at a time with local produce and cracked off a 3" stick to both savis berry bourbon and calvados, a French apple/pear brandy (used vodka as the base). The results were spectacular! Nice light, toasty smoke on the nose and the pallete. A little goes a long way.
