You only have a 30 minute boil instead of 1 hour! Grain mashers will love the quality corn, oats, rye and barley we hand selected.

American Style

For those who prefer a good ol’ American style beer, we offer a slew of beer brewing kits for sale that are sure to tickle your tastebuds. For an extremely hoppy brew, check out our American IPA. For something a bit more crisp and refreshing for the autumnal months, check out our Honey Cream Ale.

English Style

Of course, many prefer the taste of the brews from across the pond, so of course we stock a wide variety of English style kits. For a strong, dry brew modeled after the Brown Ales of Northern England, check out our Brown Ale kit. If you are a seasoned homebrewer and looking for a bit of a challenge, we highly recommend our Imperial Stout kit. The end product is a very oaky, rich beer worth sharing with friends if only for bragging rights.

Whether you prefer an American style, English style, or something in between like a Belgian Ale, we’ve got the beer kit for you. Shop our selection today!

Belgian Style

Belgian Quad is a style developed in the United States, inspired by the Belgian Triple style. A Belgian Quad is thought to be a very strong Belgian Ale, with a bit more color and sweetness than a Belgian Triple. Our Belgian Quad is like a stronger version of our Belgian Triple, gently hopped, with more body and a hint of spice in the finish.

We now formulate this with malt extract that has been partially preboiled, so it only takes a 30 minute boil to make this kit. Save your valuable time and energy!

Alcohol: 9.5%, IBU's 24.

German/Baltic Style

Our German Beer is a refreshing golden ale with the flavor of German Munich and Moravian pale malt with a slight fruitiness. A delicate, refreshing ale that is easy to brew at home. Alcohol: 4.5%, IBU's 30. True German Kölsch can only be brewed in Cologne, so we'll just call it Kölsch. Our German Kolsch beer has an Alcohol: 3.8%, IBU's 27.

Baltic Porter is a strong porter style brewed with lager yeast, relatively low in hop flavor, and darkened with debittered dark malts to avoid all but a hint of roast malt character. Alcohol level is ~6.5%, IBU’s 32.

All Grain Style

These are advanced recipes for brewers that like to mash and boil as well as take control of the brewing process. The beer kits vary from German to Belgian styles with a much deeper malty flavor. Carefully selected grains with Pilsner, Pale Ale and Belgian Pale Ale comprise our all grain beer kits. These all grain beer kits yield a 6-8% ABV with a fresh clean aroma and character. You can add hops, sugar, yeast, etc. to your tastes.

Hard Seltzers

Still undecided? We designed William’s  Hard Seltzer kits save you money and put you in control – you control the alcohol level between 3.8% and 5.8%. Our blind taste tests showed no difference in flavor between seltzers brewed with corn and store bought cane or beet sugar. We left the sugar out, so you can source your sugar locally. This has the added advantage of dropping the cost, and you can make Seltzer for as little as $2.20 a six pack with our kit and your grocery store sugar.
