They are aroma active compounds derived from hops that can give a very intense fruity tropical flavor to New English Hazy IPA styles.

We recommend starting with 2 ounces per 5 gallons of NEIPA or even lager beer, adding right after the boil before cooling and adding the yeast. Best when used with Wyeast London Ale III (item Y71), Fermoale New-E NEIPA Yeast (item Y96), Lalbrew Verdant IPA Dry Yeast (item 11Y), or White Labs WLP066 London Fog Yeast (item U74).
