Works well as a replacement thermometer for our B78 and B79 Condensing Still Columns, or on its own as a multi purpose brewing/cooking thermometer. An excellent value.

Good inexpensive thermometer
I use this long probe thermometer to double check my grain bed temperature in my Mash & Boil. Seems very accurate to me, and reads quickly.

This thermometer read about 2 degrees F high at T=0C. And it does not have a calibration function. Williams Brewing should find a better product
