If you want to mount your DuoTight 8mm Manifold without drilling, these Duotight Gen 2 Adhesive Wall Clips will do the job. They feature clips so you can install and remove DuoTight fittings multiple times, as well as swivels so you can change the angle once the adhesive is in place. The adhesive is permanent so you cannot move these once affixed.
If you are to mount this inside your Kegerator / Keezer, you must do so when the unit is off and relatively warm. Wipe down surface with isopropyl alcohol or something like carburetor cleaner prior to sticking. It will not stick as well in a moist / cold environment. Best to give it at least 24 hours of stick time before attaching a manifold or other 8mm Duotight fitting.

To determine if your DuoTight fitting will fit this, it must have an 8mm female port, with a grey duotight that has a black collet piece (does not work with all grey Gen 1 DuoTight fittings).
Not suitable for 8mm ball lock disconnects
