This valve fits most ball lock kegs, and many pin lock kegs. Includes a stronger than normal spring for a positive seal. If you want to replace the poppets on your aging keg, these are a good bet. Two required per keg.

Q: Are these "stronger than normal" springs the ones that you have to cut down in order to get the poppet to work properly? Or are they the correct length and can be used as-is?
A: Depends on the keg. Some kegs, like KegLand, use these with the springs fully intact. There are many ball lock kegs out there, and you may have to cut a loop off the spring for best function. You will know you need to cut off a rung if when assemble the poppet in the post, your female ball lock fitting is very hard to press down to lock. You will also know the spring is too long when you try to screw the post back on the keg, and it is very hard to fit.
