Fits all regulators and our Two Line Adapter. This nickel plated brass valve features a male 1/4" NPT on one end, and a 1/4" male flare on the other (to fit standard beverage flare items like our D03 Gas Connector and D66 Barbed Adapter). Includes a built-in check valve to prevent beer inflow from the gas line back into the regulator.

Q: How does this connect to the Mark IV regulator? https://www.williamsbrewing.com/Home-Brewing-Equipment/Kegging-Equipment/Full-Size-Regulators-Parts/Mark-III-Twin-Gas-Regulator?ItemId=11736332 Would I need a 1/4" female to female coupler to make this work?
A: You will have to unscrew the gas fitting on the bottom of the regulator and install this. This can be difficult as the fittings are assembled with tough thread seal that makes them hard to unscrew. Be sure to use the correct sized metric wrench to avoid rounding off the fitting you are removing.

Q: Will this shut off valve fit a torpedo mini regulator?
A: No, but this item will: https://www.williamsbrewing.com/Home-Brewing-Equipment/Kegging-Equipment/Mini-Regulators-Parts/Mini-Regulator-Check-Valve-Male-Flare-Outlet

Leaks from MK4 regulator
I ordered two of these to connect to an MK4 dual regulator. I first removed the threaded mounts the regulator came with. I then attached these in place. I did it both with and without teflon tape at various levels of tightness. Soap/water tests confirmed that there are gas leaks around the threads. I ended up replacing these with the threaded male/male adapter the MK4 ships with and have had no leak issues with those. It's unfortunate since I really did want these to work as expected and Williams does not ship an MK4 with a shutoff valve
Support is the key
This product is just what I needed. The plus about buying at Williams Brewing is the phone support that is so great all the time. Identifying the correct component when one is new to the home brew business is sometimes difficult. The support team got it done for me. Thank you.
