Q: Are the front legs / stands of the fridge adjustable? Just received the fridge and trying to make sure it’s leveled out

A: Yes, they screw up and down a bit to provide adjustment.

Q: Is there a written warranty for US sales? The manual only references the AU ONLY warranty. Will a service company be dispatched or would I have to ship it back?

A: We offer a one year USA warranty. Depending on the problem, we can often fix issues with an on the phone diagnosis and parts (there are only two circuit boards and they are easily replaced). In case we cannot do this, we pay for return shipping so we can resolve the issue, as well as pay for shipping back to you.
