A: 110 volts, one year warranty. As far as service, we can provide most commonly needed replacement parts.

Q: How many 5 or 6 gallon carboys will it hold?

A: It holds two fermenters that can be up to 25.5" tall. Our 5 gallon Glass Italian Carboy is 19.5" tall without airlock, and our 6.5 Gallon Glass Italian Carboy (item E40) is 20.5" tall without airlock. So two fermenters of this height will fit.

Q: My fermentation chamber makes a loud knocking noise during the cooling phase. About 2/3 of the way through cooling, there's usually one knock sound. Is this anything to be concerned about? Everything is functioning properly, it's just a startling noise.

A: This sounds like the compressor shutting off. I would not worry about it, as long as the unit is functioning properly.

Q: Does this have an option for ethernet connection instead of WIFI?

A: No, it does not have a CAT5-6 Ethernet cable port, so it can only be used with WIFI.
