Q: O-rings on racking arm are damaged easily. Are replacements available?

A: We are looking into getting some replacement O-rings, but we do not have any at this time. The O-rings are quite small and fragile, so we highly recommend using some of our keg lube (item D52) when installing the racking arm to prevent damage.

Q: What's the base exterior diameter? What's the height to the Dome without the air lock?

A: It measures 28"

Q: What is the lowest temperature the unit goes to?

A: The thermostat can be set as low as 32° F.

A: Yes, perfect for 5 gallon batches.

Q: Any chance that there will be a pre-drilled lid available for use with the Temp Twister Cooling Coil? I don't see replacement lids for sale, so I am hesitant to drill holes myself because I wouldn't always want the coil for every brew.

A: There is nothing like that available at this time, but knowing Kegland they will probably come up with something soon.
