Q: Is the Kegland Brew Bucket made from food grade stainless steel?

A: Yes, 303 grade, although it does not have NSF certification for commercial use.

Q: Why can't it be used for pressurized ferments?

A: It is only rated to 2 psi, so pressure ferments would not really work.
