Q: Please provide the unit dimensions in the description

A: The unit is 30” tall with airlock, and the included leg extensions will increase that to 33” tall, in case you want more room at the bottom to access the angled dump valve. It is 16” wide including the handles, while the fermenter itself is 13” wide.

Q: I see a stainless elbow on the bottom, does the bottom of the cone have a threaded nipple?

A: No, it has 1" BSP male threads

Q: Are you able to pressure transfer? If so, how much pressure can you use?

A: It is only rated to 2 psi, so pressure ferments would not really work.

Q: What size is the hole in the lid?

A: The hole is 3/4".

A: Not recommended, due to the weight of a full fermenter.
