A: This is a swivel fitting that is part of the D61 Dual Stage Micro Regulator. It is not sold separately, as we get the regulators with the fittings already installed.

A: Yes. You could attach a gas line to the micro regulator by removing the fitting for the ball lock and replacing it with either a male flair fitting (L38) or the duotight adapter (D63) depending on your system requirements.
